TRICIA CAO, Pharm.D. Candidate

Tricia is currently a P3 pharmacy student at the University of Houston and the current Vice-President of VAPSS. She has been involved with VAPSS and later VAPhA since her P1 and P2 year. She has had the opportunity to collaborate with VAPhA at numerous health fairs with Dr. Stephen Au. Here she has been able to learn and practice valuable skills through health screenings, patient education and motivational interviewing. These experiences have opened her eyes to the amazing work that VAPhA does to help serve the Vietnamese community. This has encouraged her to not only continue volunteering, but also encourage others to volunteer to further promote healthy living in the community.
