DUY NGUYEN, Pharm.D
Duy is a recent graduate pharmacist from the University of Houston, Class of 2025. During his time as Student Chair for VAPhA, he had the chance to work alongside VAPhA pharmacists at health fairs and community events. These experiences not only strengthened his clinical knowledge but also helped him build lasting connections within the profession. The dedication of VAPhA members to community service and mentorship has been truly inspiring. Now, as Mentorship Co-Chair, he is dedicated to serving as a bridge between pharmacy students and pharmacists, helping students discover the many opportunities VAPhA has to offer. His goal is to encourage greater student involvement in the organization while promoting both professional growth and meaningful community engagement. He also hopes to strengthen VAPhA’s impact and recognition within the pharmacy community by fostering stronger connections between students and practicing pharmacists.
